Terms & Conditions

As a professional Mobile Disco and to ensure there are no misunderstandings, I work to the following terms and conditions:


A written quotation will be sent to the client detailing the date, times, venue and function. It is the clients responsibility to ensure these details are correct. The quotation is valid for 7 days, after which I reserve the right to accept other bookings.

Booking Deposit:

A deposit is required to secure your booking. I will confirm receipt of your deposit by email. I recommend that deposits are paid promptly to avoid disappointment, as I require 7 working days for cheques and 2 working days for PayPal payments to clear, before I confirm your booking in writing. Be assured once confirmed, yours will be the only booking I will be doing for that date and time.


Your balance is payable on the date of the booking prior to commencement of the event. Outstanding balances paid by cheque or PayPal are by prior arrangement only.

Access to Venue:

I will require adequate access to the venue prior to and after the booking, to allow for setting up and breaking down of equipment. A minimum of 60 minutes should be allowed for setting up and 60 minutes for packing up and vacating the premises. If the start time is delayed due to reasons beyond my control, then the client must understand that I will set up as quickly and safely as possible, with a minimum of 60 minutes required.


I normally need an approximate space of 3 x 2 x 3 metres (LxWxH). (10ft x 6ft x 9ft) I will however strive to work within any space constraints there may be. A larger area might be required for large events requiring more equipment.


The client is responsible for the provision of a suitable and safe, electricity supply. I require a minimum of two 13-amp mains sockets within 15 metres (49 feet) of where I set up.

Cancellation by Client:

Booking deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE should you cancel. However in the unlikely event that I fail to attend, your deposit will be refunded in full. This is the maximum of my liability.


Don't forget, the DJ and any assistants can work very long hours. Please bear them in mind with regard to the provision of adequate food and soft drinks.

Extended Playing Time:

Wherever possible I will aim to accommodate the clients request for extensions to the playing time. This will be subject to an additional hourly charge.


It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably licensed for the event.


If at any time before or during the function, I deem our persons or property to be under threat, verbally or physically, I reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the disco without further notice. In the event of this happening refunds are not provided.


The client will be held responsible for any theft, or damage of my equipment, caused by guests attending the event.

Outdoor Events:

If the event is outdoors, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that the Marquee, Gazebo or other erected structure is waterproof. If at any time my equipment gets wet, I will terminate the disco on the grounds of safety. In the event of this happening refunds are not provided.

In the unlikely event that I have to send a representative to your event, the following Terms and Conditions will also apply to them, Access to Venue, Space, Electricity, Refreshments, Extended Playing Time, Licensing, Safety, Damage, Outdoor Events and Payment. Be assured that any representative I send will be of a similar ability and experience.
