EARLY SET UP
With this service you can arrange for me to set-up
my equipment at any time prior to my standard arrival times (normally
60 minutes before your contracted start time). This may be useful if
the entertainment is going to be in the same room as the Wedding
Breakfast or if your function is being held in a Marquee. You
wouldn’t want me to arrive as you are just about to do the
speeches!
This service is becoming very popular. Please book
well in advance.

LOW LEVEL FOG MACHINE
Some venues allow smoke machines and this special effect can bring an extra touch to your event especially a Halloween Party or your Wedding (your first dance photo can look like you are dancing on a cloud)
Please check with your venue to make sure they
allow low level smoke machines.

WIRELESS MICROPHONES
For those important speeches at your event or your wedding breakfast. You can be safe in knowing that there are no wires getting in the way when handing over the microphone to someone else and potentially knocking over a drink.

UPLIGHTING / MOOD LIGHTING
These lights can transform any room or venue, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere for your Wedding, Party or Event. With a few of these low-power yet high-output LED lights spaced out around the room you can transform the look and feel of any ordinary function room or marquee into a more contemporary and elegant venue. Imagine your colour scheme being matched, or adding a splash of colour to walls, pillars and fireplaces to create an elegant look that will leave you and your guests speechless as you walk into the room.
I use LED Uplighters which can be set as a static
colour(s), slowly scrolling through a range of colours (selected with
you beforehand), or even reacting in time to the music, and as they
are LED they don't get hot and are safe for your younger guests.
I allow a minimum of 60 minutes for setting up, and 60 minutes for packing away uplighting. These times are on top of my normal setting up / packing away times. Please allow for this when booking your venue.
